The Voice

Moments from real celebrations, filmed on phones by family and guests. Hear the tone, the phrasing and the feeling Yehoshua brings to a room.

II. The Artist

Trained in the classical tradition. Devoted to Jewish song.

Yehoshua Wolfeld is a professionally trained vocalist with a degree in music.

During his studies he performed classical and operatic repertoire — an education in breath, line and projection that now serves something closer to the heart: Jewish music, and the people who gather around it.

He sings to bring emotion, energy, connection and joy to the moments that matter — the hush before the chuppah, the lift of a hora, a room singing together. Based in Jacksonville, he sings for events across Northeast Florida.

Kind Words

From the family table.

Yehoshua has sung at the weddings of his sisters. These words come from family, and are attributed as such.

Having Yehoshua sing at our wedding was one of the most meaningful parts of the day. He has such an incredible voice, but what makes his singing so special is the emotion behind it. You can really feel every word he sings. He has a way of making a beautiful song feel even more powerful, and hearing him sing on such an important day is something we'll always remember.

Having Yehoshua sing at our wedding was so special. Hearing his voice accompanied by a live pianist made the moment even more beautiful. His voice is incredibly powerful, but there's also so much warmth and feeling in the way he sings. He brought so much emotion to the music, and it made an already meaningful day even more memorable. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful performance.
